Founded in 2014 by husband-and-wife team Erin and Ian Besler, Besler & Sons is a Los Angeles based design and architecture studio that works across multiple sites of production. They work through references to reuse things that are already in circulation and refit them into a slightly different framework through models, mockups, and software.

Their work has been exhibited internationally in Beijing, Paris, Shenzhen, Sydney, Los Angeles, Chicago and New York and at museums including The Museum of Modern Art, The Art Institute of Chicago and The Pompidou Center. Their work has been published in Log, Pidgin, FutureAnterior, Project, San Rocco, Perspecta, and the upcoming issue of Art Papers. They have been featured in The Los Angeles Times, The Architect’s Newspaper, Design Indaba, and Architect Magazine. They were finalists for MoMA PS1's Young Architects Program, participants in the Chicago Architecture Biennial and the Shenzhen and Hong Kong Bi-City Biennial of Architecture/Urbanism. In 2015, Erin was awarded the Architectural League Prize for Young Architects and Designers by The Architectural League of New York.
